Ahilya Bai College of Nursing have well equipped and maintained Labs as per the INC Guidelines. The student will be given preliminary training in Patient care at the college laboratory so that the students can develop Skills and Confidence during Clinical Postings. The labs are equipped with mannequins, simulators, CPR mannequins, specimen and articles needed for demonstrations that are utilized for student practice and demonstrations.
Each laboratory is focused on providing the necessary “hands on practice” for students with beds, IV arms, neonatal incubator, mannequins, instruments used in maternity practice, charts, models and CPR dummies.

Nursing foundation lab aimed at helping the students to acquire knowledge, understanding and develop skill in techniques of nursing procedures and practice them in clinical setting. ABCON have well equipped Nursing Foundation lab with 6 beds where each bed is provided with complete bed unit, mannequin for performing and practice of various nursing procedures including CPR, Models, Charts etc for the quality learning of the students

Medical Surgical Nursing Lab is well quipped and designed to help the students to acquire knowledge and develop proficiency in caring for patients with medical and surgical disorders in varieties of hospitals and health care settings. The various skills related to medical and surgical conditions, performing related nursing procedures will be taught in Medical Surgical Nursing Lab.

Child health nursing Lab is designed to help the students to develop an understanding of the modern approach to child care, This Lab is designed with simulated model (manikins) and model related to newborn and Child

This laboratory, equipped with community bags, for learning bag techniques, and various audiovisual aids related to community health concern

ABCON has well equipped Nutrition Lab with all the facilities of Equipment, vessels, Refrigerator various models, posters, flash cards, flip charts for nutrition education to prepare different receipe according to different kinds of food for different illness.

This Lab designed for students to develop basic understandings of the use of computers and its applications in nursing.

This Lab is designed for students to appreciate the concepts and principles of midwifery and obstetrical nursing. It helps students to acquire knowledge and skills in rendering nursing service to normal and high risk pregnant women to antenatal, natal and postnatal periods in hospital and community settings. It also helps to develop skills in managing normal and high risk neonates and participate in family welfare programmes. This laboratory provide first hand experience in assessment of antenatal case, intranatal case, post natal case, neonatal assessment and demonstration of nursing care and handling problems accordingly.
